We will always endeavour to dispatch your order, when requested, within 24-48 hours. On the rare occasion that a product is not in stock this may not be possible. Should this happen we will try to contact you to propose an alternative solution.

Refunds
If you are in any way dissatisfied with our products please return it by post if possible in its original outer box, sealed, for a full refund. If our goods arrive damaged or faulty in any way please contact us before returning the goods either by email or phone.
We comply with the standing Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations (2000). You may return any unopened items within seven working days from date of receiving it for a full refund.
Please note the refund value will equal the purchase price that you paid for the product. We regret that we cannot refund you the postal cost of returning the goods to us.

Payment will be processed at the time of order. The name and billing address given must be the same as the registered name and address of the cardholder. Failure to supply correct details may result in your order being delayed until you supply the correct details.

Delivery
We do not dispatch goods on Saturday or Sunday.

All deliveries are made using 1st Class/Standard parcel postal service for the UK and Airmail for the EU and the rest of the world.

Our products are delivered in jiffy/padded bags, envelops or carton boxes to ensure that our products reach their destination in good condition.

If we are delivering your order to a third party address (for example as a gift to a friend) you must please ensure that you provide us with a full and accurate address including the correct postcode.

If we are delivering to a business address, delivery will be made to the address that you have selected. EllinikaTora.com shall be deemed to have delivered your order to the intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area or post room of that address.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to an address containing a P.O. Box Number.

Should there not be someone in to accept delivery during working hours or if the Delivery company (or your local post-office) considers that your order will not fit through the letter box a card will be left informing the recipient that they have tried to deliver. They will request that the recipient contacts their local sorting office to arrange collection or to re-deliver at a suitable date.

We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available or due to the recipient failing to contact their local Post/Mail sorting office within a reasonable time to arrange collection or re-delivery.

UK Delivery Area: United Kingdom includes Scotland, England, Northern Ireland and Wales.

EU Delivery Area: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom

If returning goods please obtain a proof of posting from your delivery service provider. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. If you require several orders to be sent to different addresses these must be processed as separate orders, unless you prefer to order offline on the phone or mail. If you require assistance on this or wish to provide these addresses separately by e-mail just phone us or mail us and we will arrange this for you.
